1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conundrum Intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Conundrum Intelligence provides an AI-powered cyber threat intelligence platform that includes automated OSINT collection, threat feed analysis, AI-generated intelligence reports, and related analytical tools. The Service is designed to assist organizations in understanding and responding to cyber threats.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service to conduct offensive cyber operations or unauthorized access to systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or platform infrastructure.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Use AI-generated intelligence reports as the sole basis for legal or regulatory actions without independent verification.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Conundrum Intelligence. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform. AI-generated reports produced by the Service are licensed to you for use within your organization.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Intelligence reports and analysis generated by our AI systems are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete analysis. Reports should be reviewed by qualified analysts before use in decision-making. Conundrum Intelligence does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and usage limits are determined by your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conundrum Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and we will delete your tenant data in accordance with our data retention policy, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
